Switching to another Plan during an active subscription

1. Upgrading your Subscription Plan

Select the needed Subscription Plan and press the Change plan button.

Orderry calculates the duration of a subscription to a new Plan automatically if you have enough subscription days left.

You will see the Plan Switch popup showing the new subscription duration. Learn the terms of services and tick the checkbox identifying you agree to them. Hit the Switch plan button to confirm the Plan transition.

2. Downgrading your Subscription Plan

Make sure you disabled all advanced functionality from the greater Plan before downgrading your subscription.

For instance, if you want to switch from the Business to Startup Plan, you have to disable:

And to switch to the Hobby plan, you need to have:

If the Change plan button in the desired Plan is disabled, it means you have some functionality - unavailable for this Plan - active. Deactivate them to enable Plan transition.

Press the Change plan button if it is active to open the popup with the new subscription duration. Learn the terms of services and tick the checkbox identifying you agree to them. Confirm the Plan transition by pressing the Switch plan button.

3. Adding employees and locations to your Subscription Plan

Add more locations and employees to your Orderry account on the Settings > Subscription page. Just select the needed quantity and press the Accept button.

The system will automatically recalculate your subscription duration if you have enough subscription days left.

You will see a popup showing the new subscription duration. Hit the Switch plan button to confirm the transition.

Remember: you can't add more than 1 location and 2 employees to the Hobby Subscription Plan. The Startup plan is limited to 15 employees. In the Business plan, there is a limit of 150 employees.

4. Removing employees and locations from your Subscription Plan

Remove your employee or location on the Settings > Employees or Settings > Locations page to enable the removal from the system.

Then, navigate to Settings > Subscription and decrease the number of locations/employees by subtracting the needed quantity from the locations/employees counter.

Hit the Accept button to open the popup with subscription recalculation results. Proceed with the Plan transition by pressing the Switch plan button.

You can adjust the location/employee quantities as many times as you need. Orderry recalculates the subscription duration every time you apply changes.

Switching to another Plan during the inactive subscription

You can switch your Plan or adjust the location/employee quantity only after renewing your current Orderry Plan for at least 1 month.
