With Orderry, you can keep your employees updated via SMS, Email, and Telegram notifications. These are the messages you can instantly send to your employees, so they don't miss anything crucial.

Navigate to the “Settings > Notifications” page to configure employee notifications, which are divided into “Orders” notification and “Tasks” notification.

Order notifications for your employees

Order notifications are divided into “For managers” and“For specialist”, which differ by notification events.

Remember: you have to configure order notifications for each of your locations separately.

Step 1. Go to the “Settings > Notifications > Orders” page, select the target location (if you have multiple locations) and hit the “+ Manager notification” or “+ Specialist notification” button.

Step 2. Choose the event that will trigger notifications from a dropdown list.

There are several order-related events for Manager notifications you can select from:

  • Assigned as a manager to the order. An employee from the “Manager” order field receives a notification upon the order creating (as soon as you hit the “Create” button).
  • Order status changed. The Manager receives notifications each time the order status changes.
  • Order status changed to. Bind your Manager notifications to a specific status change event. Select this option to open a dropdown list of available statuses for this event (all statuses).
  • Order comment added. The Manager receives a notification upon order comment adding.
  • Order transferred from another location. The Manager receives a notification as soon as the system transfers the order to the location with this notification option enabled.

As for Specialist notifications, here's a list of the available events for this notification type:

  • Assigned as a specialist to the order. An employee from the “Assign to” order field receives a notification upon the order creating (as soon as you hit the “Create” button).
  • Manager changed. The Specialist receives a notification each time the system assigns a new manager to order. The notification contains the target order number.
  • Order status changed. The Specialist receives notifications each time the order status changes.
  • Order status changed to. Bind your Specialist notifications to a specific status change event. Select this option to open a dropdown list of available statuses for this event (all statuses).
  • Order comment added. The Specialist receives a notification upon order comment adding.
  • Order transferred from another location. The Specialist receives a notification as soon as the system transfers the order to the location with this notification option enabled.

Step 3. Select the notification type: SMS, Email, or Telegram (if an employee's phone number, email address, and Telegram account are set in the employee dialog window).

Step 4. Select an existing notification template or create a new one. Hit the “Save” button.

Task notifications for your employees

Orderry uses your task notification settings for all locations.

Step 1. Go to the “Settings > Notifications > Tasks” page and hit the “+ Notification” button.

Step 2. Select the notification event from a dropdown list:

  • Assigned to the task. Employees from the “Assignee” task field receive a notification. These also receive notifications when removed from the task.
  • Task changed. Task creator and Assignee employees receive a notification on every task change.
  • Task completed. Task creator employee receives a notification on task completion.

Step 3. Select the notification type: SMS, Email, or Telegram. (if an employee's phone number, email address, and Telegram account are set in the employee dialog window).

Step 4. Hit the “Save” button.
