Creating a new client dialog window

Navigate to the “Clients” page and hit the “+ Client” button to create a new client. This will open the client dialog window with the fields you need to fill. Configure your client form on the “Settings> Forms editor > Client form” page.

Client sorting and division

Orderry enables you to select between the “Individual” and “Company” client type. Choose the client type by hitting the corresponding button on the top of the form. You can set up separate forms for your “Individual” and “Company” clients.

There are “Supplier” and “Disappointed” checkboxes next to the client type input.

Check the “Supplier” checkbox to mark the client as a supplier. After that, the truck icon will always appear next to this client's name, and you'll be able to select this client as a supplier for your postings.

This feature makes the supplier search — as well as other supplier-related tasks — on the “Clients” page substantially simpler. Generate supplier lists by hitting the “Suppliers” button.

Check the “Disappointed” checkbox to mark the client as disrespectful. After that, the angry icon will always appear next to the client's name, even in the pop-up client card for incoming calls.

Then, enter the client or company name. 

Note: The field name depends on the client type: “Client name” for individuals, “Company name” for legal persons.

Storing the client contact information

Enter all needed client information — Name, Phone number, Email, Address, etc — that you've configured in the client form.

Orderry allows you to add an unlimited amount of the client phone numbers by pressing the “+ Add phone” button. This addresses the situation when working with client and supplier companies and needing to add multiple phone numbers for all contact people.

There are several phone number types by default: “Mobile”, “Work”, and “Home”. Hit the “+ Add” button to create your custom phone number type.

Every phone number has the “Agrees to receive SMS” checkbox next to it. Check it to enable the target client to receive automatic notifications and to allow your employees to send SMS to this client from order cards.

Integrate and configure one of the telephony services from the “Integrations” page to call your clients from Orderry.

Hit the phone icon next to the phone number and select the phone — in case you have multiple — to call the client from the client window.

How to send SMS from the client dialog window

Here's what you should do to send SMS to your clients:

Step 1. Check the “Agrees to receive SMS” checkbox next to the client's phone number.

Step 2. Hit the quote icon next to the phone icon to open the SMS sending dialog window.

Step 3. Edit the phone number in the “Phone number” field (if relevant).

Step 4. Select the SMS message template from the “Template” dropdown list. Edit the message text (if relevant), and hit the “Send” button.

How to send email messages from the client dialog window

Here's what you should do to send Emails to your clients:

Step 1. Check the “Agrees to receive Email” checkbox next to the client's email address.

Step 2. Hit the envelope icon next to the email field to open the Email sending dialog window.

Step 3. Edit the email address in the “Client email” field (if relevant).

Step 4. Select the Email message template from the “Template” dropdown list. Enter the message subject in the “Subject” field. Edit the message text (if relevant), and hit the “Send” button.

Storing and using the client address in the client dialog window

Save client addresses to find them on the map. Hit the Geo-location button next to the “Address” field to open a map with the client location marked on it.

Tracking client inflow sources

Enter the inflow sources in “How the client found us” field when creating a new client. This allows you to run “How Clients Discover Us” Report to analyze and improve your marketing. Orderry stores all your client inflow sources on the “Settings > Marketing” page.

Notes and tags in the client dialog window

There is a “Note” text field in the client dialog window. Use it to store additional information about your client, whether an individual or company.

There is also a “Tags” field. Enter custom tags for clients and suppliers, so you can swiftly find them via tag search in the client base. You can always edit or merge your tags.

As soon as you fill the needed fields, hit the “Create” button. You can now see a new client in your client base.

You can view the history of interaction with the client, edit or delete the client from the base at any time.
