To ensure data security, the Software is hosted on dedicated servers in reliable data centers in Council Bluffs, Iowa, North America.

All traffic coming from the user in order to protect against DDoS attacks is proxied through the Cloudflare global network. To further ensure the security of information exchange, we encrypt all traffic between you and our servers.

To ensure data preservation, we perform a full backup of your data to GCP every two hours and a full backup to AWS every day. Backups of your data on AWS are stored for 30 days on servers in our data center in Frankfurt, Germany. Backups of your data on GCP are stored for 30 days in reliable data center in Eemshaven, the Netherlands.

Also, the Point-in-time recovery feature on GCP allows you to restore data at a specific moment (up to 7 days) in time with a split-second accuracy thanks to the archiving of the change log.

We make every reasonable effort to protect data privacy. All data we collect is stored on one or more secure database servers and cannot be accessed outside our corporate network. Only those employees of the company who need to perform job functions that require access to personal information of users have access to information about users.

All employees who have access to user information have signed a non-disclosure agreement with third parties.
