The invoice events feed is located on the right side of the account and displays the actions of employees.
Events cannot be deleted from the feed, so you can see everything that has happened to the account.
The following events are logged here:
Change of invoice status;
Changes in the following data: customer, payer, payment method, date of establishment or reinvoice, and manager;
Creating a task from the invoice;
Payment on the invoice has been received;
Additional actions: adding a comment, photo, or document to the invoice.
When you hover over an event, you can see the date, time, and name of the employee who performed the action.
Actions in the event feed
You can perform the following actions in the invoice event feed:
1. Create a task, add a photo or file. To do this, click on the “+” icon at the bottom and select the desired action:
Create task - the ability to create a task that will be associated with this invoice
Take a photo - the ability to take and add a photo using a webcam
Attach a file - the ability to add an image or document from your PC
Important: the file size should not exceed 5 MB.
2. Add a public or private comment. To do this, just start writing text at the bottom of the event feed. By default, the comment is public, but if necessary, you can click on the eye icon to make the comment private.
Public comments are displayed for all employees who have access to the account.
A private comment can be seen only by the employee who wrote it, regardless of access rights. For convenience, private comments are highlighted in yellow.
Please note that pressing the Enter button will send the comment, and pressing Shift + Enter will move to the next line.
View the event feed
There is a toggle at the top that allows you to see “All Events” or only “Comments”.
If necessary, you can hide and expand the event feed again. To do so, click the corresponding arrow.
