The board view is a visual table in which each column displays a different status of inquiries.
Working with the Board View
To view inquiries in a single column, you can scroll by hovering over that column or using the slider on the right side.
The inquiry board displays the created documents in columns according to their status group. For example, statuses may include “New,” “In progress,” and “Pending.”
1. Viewing inquiries:
On the inquiry board, you see inquiries as cards arranged in columns according to their status group.
Cards can contain information about the inquiry, such as the inquiry number, contact, and creation date.
2. Updating the status of inquiries:
Option 1. To change the status of an inquiry, press and hold the work order card, then drag it to the desired column. After dragging, the status of the inquiry is automatically updated in the system.
Option 2. Tap the request status and select the next one.
Option 3. Open the desired document, tap the status and select the one you want to replace it with. Tap “Save” to move the request to the next status.
Editing inquiry details via the inquiry board view
To edit inquiry details, click on the inquiry card. A window will open with complete information about the inquiry, where you can make the necessary changes.
Click on the “Save” button. The changes will be automatically updated in the inquiry board.
Check the inquiries board regularly to keep track of all inquiries and respond quickly to changes.
Configuring the display of board view
In board view mode, click the Settings button on the board. Here you can select the inquiry groups according to which inquiries will be displayed on the board.
