How to review client statistics and engagement

Learn how statistics on orders, sales, and bookings are generated and where to find this data in Orderry system

Written by Christina

Client statistics is a basic but very informative tool for understanding client activity and loyalty. It allows you to quickly assess how often a client contacts the company, how much revenue they generate, and how actively they interact with your services or products.

This data is useful for client segmentation, analyzing repeat visits, preparing personalized offers, and generally assessing the value of your client base.

What data is included in the statistics

Client statistics include the following types of documents:

  • Orders — all orders with statuses from the Closed successfully and Done groups.

  • Completed sales.

  • Bookings with the Completed status.

For each type of document, the system counts the number of documents and the total amount for them.

The document will no longer be included in either the quantity or amount statistics if the following changes are made to the client’s documents:

  • the work orders/bookings are moved to a status in a different group:

  • a full return is processed for the work orders/sale;

  • the document is deleted;

  • the client is changed in the document (this document will appear in the new client’s statistics).

If a work order or sale has already been successfully closed but a partial return is subsequently processed, they are still counted in the number of work orders/sales. At the same time, in revenue statistics, the return amount will be subtracted from the total figures.

This ensures that the statistical figures remain up to date.

Where to view the statistics

In the contacts table

The contact list contains separate columns with statistical data:

  • number of bookings;

  • total amount for bookings;

  • number of orders;

  • total amount for orders;

  • number of sales;

  • total amount for sales.

These fields can be used to filter contacts. Just specify the “from” and “to” values for the desired indicator. If one of the fields is not filled in, the system automatically substitutes the minimum possible value from the statistics.

In the contact profile

In a specific client's profile, the data is displayed on the Documents page in the Orders, Sales, and Bookings tabs.

If the client has documents of the corresponding type, you will see:

  • the number of such documents;

  • the total amount for them.

This is convenient for quickly assessing client activity without going to general reports.

On the contact card

To quickly view the statistics without opening the profile, click on the statistics icon next to the client's name.
