Removing an employee

Step 1. Navigate to the “Settings > Employees” page and open employee dialog window by double-clicking his or her name.

Step 2. Hit the “Remove” button in the bottom-right corner.

Note: you cannot remove employees with active tasks and orders assigned to them. Reassign those tasks to some other employee to remove them.

You can remove your employee from the Subscription Plan on the “Settings > Subscription” page after you remove him or her from the employee dialog window.

Reinstating an employee

Contact the customer support team if you've accidentally removed your employee.

There are two ways to do this:

  1. Write an email to [email protected].

  2. Hit the “Chat” button in the bottom right corner. Then press the “New conversation” button and write our support team a message.

You can access the “Chat” button on any Orderry page.

Remember: you can reinstate your employee only if your Subscription Plan allows this. Otherwise, you have to add an employee to your Subscription Plan before contacting the customer support team.
