Work Orders are the key elements of the Orderry workflow.
Enter all crucial information about the client, his or her device, and the breakdown details into Orderry orders. You create an order for each device you accept. This way, you create several orders with detailed information for each device, if the single client brings multiple devices.
For instance, the “Smartphone” order type exposes the “Graphic key” field, while the “Laptop” order type doesn't. At the same time, “Repair” orders may include the breakdown details, while “Rental” ones have the fields for client information.

Consider the following situation: the client calls you to discover the details of your offer. You create an “Application” order. Then the client decides to choose your services. You now can change the order type to the one your client requires. That’s why it’s essential to be able to change the order type anytime you need it.
Use order statuses to build an order lifecycle and monitor the employee work on each order phase.
You can find the “Event feed” in your orders. It contains entries with the following data:
Date and time of the event;
An employee who created an event (on hover).
Whether it's and order status changes or adding a comment, you'll see an entry for each event in the feed.
