Orderry allows you to print product labels to optimize inventory, as well as service labels to add frequently used work. You can use any thermal printer and customize the size and template for your labels. Let's take a look at the system and discover how you can print labels.
Printing product label
Product label printing from the βInventory > Stockβ page:
Check the items you want to print labels for.
Press the βπ¨οΈβ printer button on the bottom left and select βLabels printingβ.
Select the label template (if there are multiple) in the print dialog window and the price type that you want to display on the label (if youβve added the {Price} variable to the template).
Use the βProduct Nameβ field to add products for printing labels from the other warehouse (if you have access).
If necessary, enter the number of labels to print in the βQuantityβ column.
Click the βPrintβ button.

Printing product labels from the posting and/or transfer document:
Open the posting and/or transfer, click the βπ¨οΈ Printβ button on the bottom right corner and select βLabels printingβ.
Select a template (if there are multiple) in the printing dialog window and the price type that you want to display on the label (if youβve added the {Price} variable to the template).
Use the βProduct Nameβ field to add products for printing labels from the other warehouse (if you have access).
If necessary, remove items that donβt need labels.
If necessary, enter the number of labels to print in the βQuantityβ column.
Click the βPrintβ button.

Printing a product label from the product unit passport (for a serial product):
Open the product unit passport, and click the βπ¨οΈ Printβ button on the bottom right corner.
Select a template (if there are multiple) in the print dialog window and the price type that you want to display on the label (if youβve added the {Price} variable is added to the template).
Using the βProduct Nameβ field, you can add products for printing labels from the other warehouse (if you have access).
If necessary, enter the number of labels to print in the βQuantityβ column.
Click the βPrintβ button.

Printing product labels during posting (for serial products):
Add serial numbers in the field of the same name in the posting dialog window.
Click the βπ¨οΈβ icon to print labels.
Select a template (if there are multiple) in the print dialog window.
If necessary, enter the number of labels to print in the βQuantityβ column.
If necessary, remove items that donβt need labels.
Click the βPrintβ button.
Remember: When printing labels from non-existent posting, you can only print product barcodes and serial numbers. Print labels from the completed posting for your labels to match the specified templates.

Printing product labels when enabling inventory serialization for non-serial products:
Enter or generate serial numbers and click the βπ¨οΈβ icon to print labels.
Select a template (if there are multiple) in the print dialog window.
If necessary, enter the number of labels to print in the βQuantityβ column.
If necessary, remove items that donβt need labels.
Click the βPrintβ button.

Printing service label
Printing a service label from the βSettings > Services listβ page:
Check the works you want to print labels for.
Press the printer button βπ¨οΈβ on the bottom left corner and select βLabels printingβ.
Select a template (if there are multiple) in the print dialog window.
Using the βNameβ field to add works to print labels for other services
If necessary, enter the number of labels to print in the βQuantityβ column.
Click the βPrintβ button.

In addition to labels, you can set up and print price tags for products and services.
