Employee Performance Report
Learn how to measure employee performance in lead conversion

The Employee Performance report shows which employees successfully processed leads and converted them into work orders or sales.

You can create the report on the Reports > Leads > Employee performance page.

There are three parameters by which the report is generated:

  1. Period. This parameter allows you to select the time frame for which the report will be generated: today, yesterday, this week, this month, last week, last month, and custom.

  2. Location. Here you can select one / several / all locations if there is more than one.

  3. Lead type. Here you can filter the report by lead types.

Choose needed parameters and click on the Apply button.

The report is grouped by lead type. You can expand each employee and see all the leads assigned to them during the selected period with status, type, client, comment, and result data.

The Leads column displays the number of leads created for the selected period and the total conversion as a percentage.

The Conversion column displays the total number of successfully closed leads, as well as the number of successfully created work orders and sales.

You can customize the display of columns in this report. To do this, click on the table button and tick the required columns.

Also, you can print the report or export it to your PC as an Excel file.
