How To Print Price Tags Of Products And Services

Price tags are used to sell goods and services. You can customize a price tag template to display the necessary information for your customers. Let's take a look at where you can print price tags in Orderry.

Printing Price Tags For Products

Printing Option on the Inventory > Stock page:

  1. Check the boxes of the items you want to create a price tag for.

  2. Click the πŸ–¨οΈ printer button in the lower left-hand corner and select β€œPrice tag printing”.

  3. Select the type of price that will be displayed on the price tag. You can change prices for all products at once by selecting the type of price as well as individually for each product.

  4. In the field β€œProduct name”, you can add products from other warehouses (if you have access to them).

  5. Change the number of price tags to be printed in the β€œQuantity” column, if needed.

  6. Click Print.

Printing Option in the Posting and/or Transfer Document:

  1. Open postings and/or transfers, click the πŸ–¨οΈ Print button in the lower right corner, and select β€œPrice tag printing”.

  2. In the dialog box of the printing, select the type of price that will be displayed on the price tag. You can change prices for all products at once by selecting the type of price, as well as individually for each product.

  3. In the field "Product name”, you can add products from other warehouses (if you have access to them).

  4. If necessary, remove items for which you do not need a price tag.

  5. Change the number of price tags to be printed in the β€œQuantity” column, if needed.

  6. Click Print.

Printing Option in the Product unit passport (for serial products):

  1. Open a Product unit passport and click Print in the lower right corner.

  2. select the type of price that will be displayed on the price tag. You can change prices for all products at once by selecting the type of price, as well as individually for each product.

  3. In the field β€œProduct name”, you can add products from other warehouses (if you have access to them).

  4. If necessary, remove items for which you do not need a price tag.

  5. Change the number of price tags to be printed in the β€œQuantity” column, if needed.

  6. Click Print.

Printing Price Tags For Services

Printing Option on the Settings > Services and Works list page:

  1. Check the boxes of the works you want to create a price tag for.

  2. Click the πŸ–¨οΈ printer button in the lower left-hand corner and select β€œPrice tag printing”.

  3. In the field β€œName”, you can add other works to print the price tags for.

  4. Change the number of price tags to be printed in the β€œQuantity” column, if needed.

  5. Click Print.

In addition to price tags, you can set up and print labels for products and services on a thermal printer.
