IMEI Lookup is a service for automatically identifying a smartphone or tablet's group, brand, and model.
How to Enable and Configure the IMEI Lookup Integration
1. On the Settings > Integrations page, find the IMEI Lookup integration in the "Other" section and click Configure.
2. Check the "Integration enabled" checkbox and click Save.
Done! The integration is enabled.
How the IMEI Lookup Integration Works
While creating an asset, specify the correct IMEI of a smartphone or tablet in the "IMEI / Serial Number" field. Afterward, the Group, Brand, and Model fields will be automatically filled with information about the smartphone or tablet.
