In this article, you will learn how to make prepayments and work order payouts using the Work Orders mobile app.
Please note that you cannot make payments for work orders that are in closed statuses ("Closed" and "Dropped-off" Groups).
How to Create a Prepayment
1. Open a work order.
2. In the Order Details tab on the "Payments" section, click + Prepayment.
3. Choose a cashbox to deposit funds and enter the amount, change the date and time of the transaction or the comment, if necessary. Click Save. You can open the created payment to view details or delete the payment.
Please note that you can restore the deleted payment in the Payments tab of the cashbox where the payment was created.
How to Create a Payout
1. Open a work order.
2. In the Order Details tab of the "Payments" section, click - Payout.
3. Choose a cashbox to deposit funds and enter the amount, change the date and time of the transaction or the comment, if necessary. Click Save. You can open the created payment to view details or delete the payment.
Please note that you can restore the deleted payment in the Payments section of the cashbox where the payment was created.
