Work Orders are the key elements of the Orderry workflow.

Enter all crucial information about the client, his or her device, and the breakdown details into work orders. You create a work order for each device you accept. This way, you create several work orders with detailed information for each device, if the single client brings multiple devices.

Important: Work Orders may have different names (orders / work orders / tickets / jobs / repair order / service order) depending on the type of business you choose when creating your account.

Also, you can create several work order types with different forms and initial statuses.

For instance, the “Repair” work orders may include the breakdown details, while “Rental” ones have the fields for client information.

You can also configure service forms with your work order types:

  • Paid work order

  • Warranty work order;

  • Corporate work order;

  • Onsite work order;

Orderry enables you to switch the work order type anytime.

Note: if the current work order status is not available, you will need to select one of the available statuses.

Consider the following situation: the client calls you to discover the details of your offer. You create an “Application” work order. Then the client decides to choose your services. You now can change the work order type to the one your client requires. That’s why it’s essential to be able to change the work order type anytime you need it.

Use work order statuses to build a work order lifecycle and monitor the employee work on each work order phase.

You can find the Event feed in your work orders. It contains entries with the following data:

  • Date and time of the event;

  • Event description;

  • An employee who created an event (on hover).

Whether it's a work order status changes or adding a comment, you'll see an entry for each event in the feed.

Add comments, attach images and documents to your work orders. Send messages, print documents, and create tasks right on the work order page with Orderry. Our system optimizes your workflow and makes it more convenient.

Work orders table has a flexible view format you can configure. Sort and filter your work orders by specific fields. You can search your work orders several ways in Orderry:

  • Barcode scanner search. Every work order receives a unique barcode upon creation.

  • By specific fields (three characters).

Transfer your work orders between locations and apply bulk actions. These include but are not limited to the following:

In Orderry, you can customize the display of work orders in different formats: table, board view, and scheduler.

To switch between them:

1. Open the Workflow section

2. At the top of the page, there is a panel with icons, by clicking on which you can switch between the types of displaying the list of work orders.
