In this article, you'll learn how to configure a zap in Zapier to create a new Lead in Orderry. We'll take Google Forms as an example, but you can also use Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Lead Ads, Google Sheets, Typeform, etc.
Step 1. Find and connect Google Forms in Zapier.
Step 2: Create a new zap between Google Forms and Orderry.
Click “Make a Zap”.
Add Trigger
In the “Trigger” field, choose Google Forms and specify the desired “Trigger Event”, for example, “New Response in Spreadsheet”. Then, click “Continue”.
Choose the connected Google Forms account and click “Continue”.
Set up Trigger
Choose the form from which you want to retrieve data. Click “Continue”.
Test Trigger. If the test was successful, click “Continue”.
Add Action
In the “Action” section, choose Orderry and specify the desired “Action Event”, for example, “Create a Lead”. Click “Continue”.
Choose the connected Orderry account and click “Continue”.
Set up Action
You choose the field from the lead form to which the information from Google Forms should be transferred. To do this, click on the field name and choose the required value.
There is one mandatory field: “Lead Type ID”, in which you must specify the numeric ID of the field.
There are two ways to find out the ID for this field.
1 method. View the ID through Inspect or Address Bar in the browser.
1. Go to the “Settings > Forms editor > Leads” page.
2. Right-click and select “Inspect” from the context menu.
3. Choose the arrow in the upper left corner of Inspect in the “Elements” tab.
4. Click on the “Lead type” field.
5. Click on the arrow on the highlighted line to view the list of all lead types. As a result, you will see the IDs for each lead type.

The section “Leads > Company leads” describes the method for getting all types of leads with their IDs.
After Set up Action, click “Continue”.
Step 3: Make an Action Test.
If the test was successful and a Lead was created in your Orderry account, proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Turn on Zap.
Click the “Turn on Zap” button. Leads from Google Forms will now be automatically created in your Orderry account.
