On the Settings > General > Contacts page, you can configure the rules for creating contacts.
Check the Contacts consent by default to receiving notifications on their phone numbers checkbox to automatically enable all communication channels by phone number (WhatsApp, Viber, SMS) when a new contact is created. If the checkbox is not selected, you need to manually enable the necessary channels.
Check the Prohibit creating a contact with an existing phone number checkbox to prevent employees from creating different contacts with the same phone number.
Check the Contacts consent by default to receiving notifications via email checkbox to automatically confirm the contact's consent to receive emails when they are created. If it is not checked, you need to manually enable the “Agrees to receive Email” checkbox in the contact's profile.
Check the Prohibit creating a contact with an existing email checkbox to prevent employees from creating different contacts with the same Email.
Be sure to click Save to apply the selected settings.
