Use your Orderry directories in your work order and client forms to enable swift and convenient business data processing.

Binding Orderry directories

Step 1. Navigate to the Settings > Forms editor page.

Step 2. Add the new field to your work order or client form. You can use the “Text field”, “Text area” or “Value list” type for your new field.

Step 3. Select the needed directory and hit the “Save” button.

Note: “Value list” fields allow you to bind a ready-made directory or enter values manually. To do so, fill the “Values” fields with these separated by commas.

As soon as you bind the directory to your client or work order form, Orderry suggest values for configured fields, while still allowing to enter custom values by hand.

Unbinding Orderry directories

Step 1. Navigate to the Settings > Forms editor page.

Step 2. Click the pencil icon to edit the needed field of the client or order form.

Step 3. Choose the “Not specified” option for the “Directory” field in the dialog window and hit the “Save” button.

Remember: If you unbind directory from the “Value list” field, the system will remove directory entries from all associated fields of the work order and client dialog windows. This does not impact the “Text field” and “Text area” fields.
