To create a work order from a chat, you need to link a client to it. Learn more about how to assign a client to a chat in this article.

Go to the Chats page and select the desired chat. Click the "+ Document" button and select "Order".

The created work order is displayed in the chat with the client, on the work order page and in the work order event feed with a link to the chat from which it was created.
