We’re excited to announce a significant update: Orderry now supports webhooks! Currently, webhooks are available for events related to Orders, Jobs, Tickets, and Estimates, but this is just the beginning. With webhooks, you can take your integrations with your favorite tools to the next level and automate your workflows even further.
What are Webhooks?
Webhooks are user-defined HTTP POST callbacks. They provide a simple way for third-party applications to receive notifications from Orderry without the need to make requests.
Essentially, webhooks automatically trigger actions in other systems based on events in your Orderry account.
How to Set Up Webhooks
Configure the endpoint: Create a URL in the system you want to connect to for receiving data.
Create webhooks: Go to Settings > API in your account and add webhooks for the events you want to track.
Test your setup: Use our testing tools to ensure everything works as expected.
Go live: Watch as your systems sync data effortlessly.
Examples of Using Orderry Webhooks
With direct access to other services’ APIs or using online connectors like Zapier or Make.com, you can create an endpoint and specify its URL for the webhook. Orderry will automatically send notifications about the selected event.
Here are just a few examples of how you can use this feature:
Create and update events related to orders in Google Calendar.
Automatically send emails to clients via Gmail when an order or estimate status changes.
Notify your team about new assignments or status changes via Slack, Teams, or other messengers.
The possibilities are endless, depending on your needs.

Beta Status and Future Plans
Webhooks are currently in Beta, as this is a brand-new feature in Orderry. We want to monitor their performance to ensure everything works smoothly. In future updates, we plan to enhance webhook functionality by adding more event types, improved customization options, and advanced error-handling mechanisms.
