In Orderry, you can copy an already created booking. Duplicating bookings is necessary to speed up and simplify work. Main advantages:
Time saving - no need to create a new booking from scratch, just duplicate the existing one and edit it if necessary.
Fewer mistakes — copying a booking that's already been checked lowers the risk of missing required fields or entering incorrect data.
Acceleration of operational processes - especially useful for managers who work with a large volume of bookings every day.
Basis for variations - duplicates can be used as templates for creating similar but not identical bookings.
Step 1. On the Bookings page, select the desired booking to copy and open it.
Step 2. In the record window, click the Actions button and select the Duplicate option.
After that, the window for creating a new booking opens with the values filled in. If necessary, change them and check that everything is correct.
☝️ One employee cannot have several identical bookings with the same client and service for the same hour.
Step 3. Click the “Save” button. Done! The copied booking is created.
