Improved Scheduler for Orders, Tickets, and Jobs
With the recent launch of the new Bookings section, we’ve enhanced the Scheduler for orders, tickets, and jobs.
What’s New?
The Scheduler now also displays estimates and offers four views to suit your needs:
Day View: Displays working hours vertically and employees or resources horizontally. View bookings for all available assignees and resources.
Week View: Displays working hours vertically and weekdays horizontally. This mode allows you to focus on one employee or resource at a time.
Month View: A classic monthly calendar for one employee or resource.
Timeline View: Similar to the previous Scheduler, with working hours displayed horizontally and employees or resources vertically. The key improvement is that it always displays all available assignees for one day only.
Quick Tips:
Clicking a specific date in the Week or Month view switches you to the Day view.
Clicking an employee name takes you directly to the Week view.
Easily Move Orders on the Calendar
One of the most anticipated features is here! You can now drag and drop orders, tickets, and jobs on the calendar to change their hours, days, and assignees.
To adjust the duration:
Day and Week Views: Drag the bottom edge.
Timeline View: Drag the right-side edge.
Flexible Display of Working Hours
Previously, the Scheduler displayed entire days, including non-working hours. Now, it only shows working hours based on your location’s open hours and employees’ work schedules. Here’s how it works:
No employee work schedules set: The Scheduler displays the location's open hours.
Employee's schedule exceeds location hours: The Scheduler expands to show all available hours.
Example: Location works from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but the employee works from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The Scheduler will show hours until 7:00 PM.Employee's schedule is shorter than location hours: The Scheduler matches the location’s hours.
Example: Location works from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but the employee works until 4:00 PM. The Scheduler will show hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Try out the enhanced Scheduler and let us know what you think! Your insights will help us make further improvements. What works well? What could be even better? We’re all ears!
AI-Powered Transcription for Voice Messages in Chats
Voice messages are fast and convenient — but not always ideal. Maybe you're in a noisy workspace. Maybe your clients are standing right next to you. Or maybe you just need to quickly get the message without playing the whole thing. That’s where our latest feature steps in.
We’re excited to introduce AI-powered transcription for voice messages in Chats.
Now, both received and sent voice messages can be easily converted into text — right inside the chat window. No need for third-party tools or waiting around. Just one click, and in a few seconds, the transcription appears.
How It Works
Click the new Transcribe icon on any voice message.
In seconds, the text version appears directly below the audio.
You can toggle the transcription on or off anytime — display it when needed or hide it to keep your chats clean.
The transcription is automatically generated in the language spoken in the message.
Please note: transcription is available for voice messages up to 5 minutes long.
Start using AI transcription in Orderry Chats today and bring more clarity, speed, and flexibility to your daily workflow.
Reaccepting Orders and Estimates
In Orderry, you can send your clients a link to a public page for an order or estimate, where they can accept or decline it.
We're excited to announce that your clients can now reaccept documents even if they have previously declined them. All you need to do is move the order or estimate to a status that enables this option.
You can find instructions on how to set up public pages for orders and estimates here.
Engine Power in VIN Lookup Integration
Companies in the automotive industry can set up a VIN Lookup integration to automatically identify a vehicle's make, model, and other specifications using its VIN code.
Now, with this integration, you can also determine the engine power in horsepower. Simply go to Settings > Integrations, find VIN Lookup in the Other section, and specify which vehicle field should receive the engine power data.
You can find a step-by-step guide for setting up the integration here.
Location in Lead Report Exports
The exported files for the All Leads and Lost Leads reports now include a Location column, allowing you to filter data as needed. If a lead was created without a location, the column will remain empty.
