Weekly Overview for All Employees or Resources in the Scheduler

Thanks to your feedback, we’ve enhanced the new Scheduler in the Workflows section. The most requested feature since launch — the Weekly Overview mode — is now available. It shows all scheduled orders for the selected week across all available employees or resources.

This means that:

  • To view your technicians’ overall workload for a specific week, use the Weekly Overview mode.

  • To see detailed schedules for each employee, switch to the Week mode.

Quick navigation tips in Weekly Overview:

  • Click a date to switch to Day mode and view all scheduled orders, tickets, jobs, and estimates for that day across all employees.

  • Click an employee’s name to switch to Week mode and see their detailed schedule.

To create a new order, ticket, or job, simply hover over the desired time or day in the calendar and click to fill in the details.

Coming Soon: Start and End Time for Schedules

We also heard your requests regarding how scheduled order durations are displayed. Currently, to schedule an order, you set the date, time, and duration. However, because the new Scheduler only shows working hours for locations and employees, this caused some confusion.

In an upcoming update, the Scheduled for field will be updated to use a start and end date/time instead of duration. This change will make scheduling clearer and eliminate issues with working and non-working hour calculations.
