Bundles let you group services and products together, so you can quickly add them to orders, tickets, jobs, and estimates — using custom prices if needed. And now, this feature is available in the Orderry mobile app!
Bundles in the Catalog
In the Catalog, you can now switch between services, products, and bundles. At the moment, you can view the list of bundles and see their details. Soon, you’ll also be able to create and edit bundles directly in the app.
To create or edit a bundle for now, go to My Company > Bundles in the Orderry web version.
Adding Bundles to Orders, Tickets, and Jobs
To add a bundle to an order or estimate, follow these quick steps:
Open the desired document and scroll down to the Services and Products section.
Tap + Service or + Product, then switch to the Bundles tab.
Select the bundle you need, set the quantity, and add it to the order, ticket, job, or estimate.
Please note: products within bundles are added without stock deduction.
To start using bundles in the mobile app, make sure you have the latest version installed. If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, now’s a great time to get it from the App Store or Google Play.
What’s Coming Next in the Orderry Mobile App
As mentioned, the next update will let you create and edit bundles directly in the app. Also, we’re updating the Scheduler for field in orders, tickets, and jobs. Instead of using a date and duration, it will soon be changed to Scheduled from (start date and time) and Scheduled to (end date and time).
