Taxes in Profit Reports

The Orders Profit and Sales Profit reports now include a Taxes column that shows both inclusive and exclusive tax amounts for each document.

Taxes are always deducted from the amount when calculating profit, so you can decide whether to include them in your profit totals or not.

Descriptions for Services

You can now add a Description to your services, just like you do for products and bundles. Use this field to store important details or helpful notes about the service.

More Fields in Order Report Exports

Export files for the Created Orders, Orders in Progress, and Closed Orders reports now contain all system and custom fields from your orders, tickets, and jobs. This gives you more flexibility to filter and analyze data outside Orderry.

New Variables for Order List Documents

We’ve added two new variables for print templates in the Order List document group:

  • {List Balance Due} – the total outstanding amount for all orders, tickets, or jobs in the list. This includes prepayments.

  • {List Subtotal} – the total amount before discounts and taxes for all orders, tickets, or jobs in the list.

To use these variables, go to Settings > Print templates.

Bulk Setup of Base Salaries for Employees

You can now set up the same base salary to multiple employees at once using the new bulk action in Settings > Employees > Payroll calculation rules.

This is especially helpful when onboarding several employees or updating rates for teams with identical pay structures.

Find step-by-step instructions for setting up base salaries here.

Notification About Lost Connection with Chat Channel

We now monitor the status of all chat channels connected in Orderry every day.

If a channel goes offline, the user who created it will receive an email notification about the lost connection.

This helps ensure you stay in touch with your customers without interruption.

Coming Soon in May

We’re already working on several exciting updates, including:

  • Time tracking with automatic timesheet recording

  • Search functionality in Chats

  • Product expiration dates

  • Invoice improvements, including default due date settings

  • Public API for estimates and incomplete orders, tickets, and jobs

And that’s just part of what’s planned. Stay tuned for more updates.
