Since Orderry is not an email marketing service provider, all emails—whether sent manually or automatically—are, by default, sent from our system domain: [email protected]. But now, with the new Gmail integration (beta), you can set your own email address as the sender!

How It Works:

  • Connect your Gmail account in the Integrations section.

  • In your email notification settings (external and/or internal), specify that automatic emails should be sent from your Gmail account.

  • When sending emails manually, you can also choose to send them via Gmail.

That’s it—now you can send emails from your own address with no extra charges and on any subscription plan.

Connecting Gmail Integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations, find Gmail under the “Emails” section, and click Configure.

  2. Add your Gmail address and grant the required permissions in your Google account.

  3. Specify a name and who has access to this communication channel (users will be able to select this address in their notification settings or when sending emails manually).

Please note that Orderry is still undergoing verification by Google. If you see a warning when trying to connect your Gmail account, you can still proceed by clicking "Advanced" and then "Go to orderry.com". We expect our app to be verified soon.

For a quick and accurate setup, follow the step-by-step guide. Once the integration is active, you can proceed with configuring your email notifications.

Currently, you can connect one Gmail address. If you need to add more, please contact Orderry Support Chat and describe the use cases where multiple addresses are required.

Setting Up Automatic Email Notifications from Your Gmail Account

If you have the appropriate access rights, go to Settings > External Notifications (for client messages) and/or Settings > Internal Notifications. When creating or editing an email notification, you’ll be able to choose to send it from your Gmail address.

Reminder: To send emails—manually or automatically—to a client, their profile must indicate that they have agreed to receive communications. You can mark consent manually for each client or enable automatic consent in Settings > General.

Are Other Email Integrations Planned?

Yes, in addition to Gmail, we’re planning to add an Outlook integration. We also welcome your feedback and requests for other services.

If you have any questions, suggestions, or comments about the new integration or Orderry in general, feel free to reach out to our Support Chat.
