New and Improved Public API Endpoints for Contacts
The Orderry Public API now includes 5 new endpoints for working with contact tags:
Get a list of tags
Get a tag by ID
Create a tag
Update a tag
Delete a tag
To start using the new endpoints, check out the API documentation.
We’ve also recently added new system fields in Orderry, such as Birthday, TIN (Tax Identification Number), and Company Registration Number. Naturally, support for these fields has been added to the Public API as well. If you’d like to work with these fields via API, review the updated documentation. Existing methods now also support working with tags.
Another new endpoint lets you get customer reviews, for example, to display them on another platform. See the API documentation to start using this new method.
New Variables for Grouping Products and Services by Technicians in Printed Documents
Many users have asked for the ability to print lists of products and services grouped by technicians/specialists. That’s why we’re introducing several new variables:
{All Items by Technicians} – a table of products and services added to the order, grouped by technicians/specialists.
{Products Table by Technicians} – a table of only products added to the order, grouped by technicians/specialists.
{Services Table by Technicians} – a table of only services added to the order, grouped by technicians/specialists.
{Technician Job Title} – the job title of the technician/specialist under whom the item was added to the order.
{Technician Name} – the name of the technician/specialist under whom the item was added to the order.
{Technician Phone} – the phone number of the technician/specialist under whom the item was added to the order.
Please note that these variables only work with tables.
Use the new variables to provide employees with the documents they need and streamline your workflow.
