Integrations
The Orderry allows you to connect integrations with several VoIP telephony services to simplify communication with users.
After connecting the selected integration, you can proceed to the following settings described below.
Transcription (BETA)
This feature is currently in beta and may not be available in your account. To join the beta test, please contact support.
Thanks to automatic transcription, you receive the full text of calls and a brief summary immediately after the call ends without any additional effort.
To enable the automatic transcription feature:
1. Check the “Automatically transcribe calls” checkbox. Next, configure the settings for the calls for which you want to use this feature.
2. Select the type of calls: Incoming, Outgoing, or All.
3. Set the minimum and maximum duration of the call. The maximum call duration is 20 minutes.
4. Select the internal numbers to which automatic transcription should be applied.
5. Save the settings.
After that, for all calls that match the specified parameters, the system will automatically create a transcription immediately after the conversation
Automation
In this block, you can set up automation that helps you keep all calls under control: the system automatically generates tasks and inquiries for each missed or answered call, saving time and simplifying the team's work.
