In the Orderry, you can connect integrations with VoIP telephony and set up automatic call handling. This will help you avoid missing important client inquiries and keep a complete history of interactions in the system.

For your convenience, the Settings > Telephony page contains all available call handling settings:

  • Connecting and configuring available integrations with VoIP telephony services;

  • Enabling automatic call transcription;

  • Configuring automatic task creation for missed calls;

  • Creating inquiries for incoming and missed calls;

Let's take a closer look at each setting.

Integrations

The Orderry allows you to connect integrations with several VoIP telephony services to simplify communication with users.

After connecting the selected integration, you can proceed to the following settings described below.

Transcription

In this section, you will learn how to enable automatic call transcription using AI and configure its settings for the calls you need. With automatic transcription, you get the full text of calls and a short summary of them immediately after the call ends, without any extra effort.

By enabling this feature, you agree that your call recordings will be processed by Google Gemini in Iowa, USA.

Automation

In this block, you can set up automation that helps you keep all calls under control: the system automatically generates tasks and inquiries for each missed or answered call, saving time and simplifying the team's work.
