How to work with the Bookings table?

The Bookings page contains all the bookings you have created. Here you can edit the data in the table and filter bookings by various parameters. In this article, we will look at how to work with records in tabular form:

To switch between bookings viewing modes, click on the corresponding icon at the top of the screen.

If you are working with multiple locations, you can switch between them using the menu in the upper left corner: click the arrow next to the name of the current location and select the desired one from the list.

Filters on the Bookings page

Created — filter by the date and time of booking creation. Allows you to view only those bookings that were created during the selected period.

Scheduled for — filter by the date and time of scheduled execution. Used to view bookings that are scheduled for a specific day or time period.

Status (of a record) — filter by the current status of a record (e.g., new, in progress, completed, etc.). Allows you to quickly find records in a specific state.

Assignee — filter by the assigned employee. Shows only records assigned to a specific person.

Resource — filter by the resource associated with the record (e.g., equipment, premises, transport). Allows you to view records in which a specific resource is used.

Using the table settings, you can select which columns will be displayed in the table with Bookings and remove unnecessary ones.
