Bookings are an essential tool for companies that provide services by appointment. They allow you to work with bookings efficiently and objectively assess the workload of employees and resources at a location.

What is displayed in Bookings in the mobile app?

In the main menu of the mobile app, select the Bookings section to start working with them.

If you work with several locations, you can switch between them using the menu in the upper left corner: click the arrow next to the name of the current location and select the desired one from the list.

Bookings in the mobile app are displayed in calendar format in single-day mode. You can switch between dates by tapping the corresponding date in the calendar.

Working hours are shown vertically, and employees or resources are shown horizontally.

In the center, there are cells that display all created entries. Each entry has a color mark that corresponds to its current status.

Bookings can be sorted by:

By employee - in calendar mode, the employee's workload schedule will be displayed, as well as their days off, sick days, or vacation days.

By resource - this is a unique feature that allows you to plan your bookings not only by performers, but also by available resources.

How to create a record in the mobile app?

To create a new record in the mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Open the “Bookings” section in the main menu and click the “+” button in the upper right corner.

2. Fill in all the required fields: client, scheduled from, scheduled to. Add the necessary information — services, resource, comment (if necessary). Also, be sure to select a manager.

3. Make sure that all data is entered correctly, then click Done. The created record will automatically appear in the calendar in the appropriate time frame, for the appropriate employee or resource.
