⭐ The product reservation feature is only available for Business and Enterprise subscription plans.
1. Open Settings > Inventory > Settings.
2. Enable the “Enable product reservations” option by checking the box.
3. Specify the maximum reservation period for the product — this is the time during which the product will be reserved. The default value is 14 days, but you can set any value from 1 to 999 days. When editing a reservation, you can change its duration, but it cannot exceed the value set in the settings.
4. Click Save to apply the changes.
Now your company has enabled the function of reserving client backorders. This allows you to create reservations manually and configure automatic creation of reservations.
