The Inventory > Reservations page displays all active reservations, including those that expire today. At the top of the page, you can select the location for which you want to view reservations.
To view reservations, enable the Can view reservations right in the role settings.

Table view settings
To change the width of a column, drag its right edge. To change the position of a column, hold it down and drag it to the desired location. You can sort reserves by a specific column. Click on the column and you will see an up arrow next to the name (sorting from A to Z). Click again and a down arrow will appear (sorting from Z to A). When sorting from Z to A in the “Created” column, the newest reservations by creation date will be displayed at the top.
Filtering data in the table
To work comfortably with large amounts of information, you can structure it using filters according to specific criteria.
The table can be filtered by the following parameters:
Created — by the period of creation of the reservation.
Warehouse — by locations and inventory.
Days left — by the number of days until the reservation expires.
Client — by client in the order.
Select the desired parameters at the top of the table — the page will display only those documents that match your criteria.
You can also export all or only filtered reserves. To do this, click Actions > Export in the upper right corner of the page.
You can search among reserved products by product SKU, code, product name, inventory where the reserve is located, order number, and client. The search also works when the filter is enabled.
Group actions with product reservations
