Redesigned Financial Accounts and Transactions

We’ve refreshed the financial accounts experience to make it clearer and easier to work with.

  • The Finance > Transactions page has been redesigned with a cleaner layout and improved usability.

  • The Payments tab is now called Transactions and Cashboxes are now called Accounts in all languages — more accurate terms for everything happening in your accounts.

  • You can now assign an icon and color to each financial account.

Custom icons and colors make it much easier to find the right account when you:

  • browse transactions in Finance > Transactions

  • create transactions directly from orders or sales

This is especially helpful if you work with multiple accounts on a daily basis.

Exclude Refundable Purchase Tax from Orders Profit Report

If your business reclaims purchase taxes, you can now exclude refundable taxes from cost in the Orders Profit report.

When generating the Orders Profit report, simply enable the new option Exclude refundable purchase taxes from cost. Once selected, purchase tax will be deducted from the cost, helping you get a more accurate view of actual profit.

Contact Reassignment When Deleting an Employee

To prevent contacts from being left without a responsible manager, we’ve improved the employee deletion flow.

If an employee assigned as a contact manager is being deleted, Orderry will now prompt you to reassign their contacts to another manager before completing the deletion.

This ensures continuity in client communication and keeps your contact database well organized.

These updates are already available in Orderry. We’ll keep improving the system to make everyday workflows smoother and reporting more transparent.
