In Orderry, you can create a single invoice for multiple Work Orders. After selecting the Work Orders, all products and services from them are automatically added to the invoice, allowing you to combine multiple Work Orders into a single document for one payment.
1. Go to the Invoices page and click “+ Invoice”.
2. If necessary, select a legal entity. If a default legal entity is set up for the company, it will be filled in automatically.
⚠️ Once the invoice is created, you will not be able to change the legal entity.
3. Specify the client. If the payer is the same person, leave the “Payer is the same as the client” checkbox selected. If the payer is different, deselect the checkbox and select or create a separate payer.
4 If necessary, select the payment method, and also change the invoice date and payment due date.
5. In the “Work orders” field, select all the work orders you want to include in the invoice. The field supports multiple selections, so you can add several work orders at once and specify a single payer for the invoice. The work orders can be placed by different clients. Once you select each work order, the products and services from that work order are automatically added to the invoice.
Which work orders can be combined into a single invoice
Work orders from a single client. Select all the necessary work orders—the products and services from them will be consolidated into a single document, and the client will be able to pay for everything in one payment.
Work orders from different clients with a single payer. If work orders are placed by different clients but have a common payer (for example, a company pays for work orders placed by its employees or branches), they can also be combined. The invoice will be issued to the common payer and will include the products and services from all selected work orders. In the “Client” field, specify any of the clients or the payer themselves.
6. If necessary, apply a discount, add a comment to the invoice, and specify the responsible manager.
7. Click “Create”.
Once created, the invoice will be available on the “Invoices and Payments” tab for the corresponding work order.
