How to create invoices in the mobile app

How to create an invoice in the mobile app?

1. To create a new invoice in the mobile app, go to the “Invoices” section and tap “+”.

2. If necessary, select a legal entity for the invoice. If you have a default legal entity set, it will be automatically selected in this field. Once the invoice is created, you will not be able to add or change the legal entity.

4. Select a payer from your contact list or create a new one.

5. Select a payment method and, if necessary, change the invoice date and due date.

6. Click “+ Service” or “+ Product,” select the desired items from the list, specify the quantity to add, and click “Save.” The selected products or services will appear at the bottom of the screen; to add them to the invoice, click the “Confirm” button.

7. In the “Work Orders” field, enter the number and click “Save” or scan the work order’s QR code. The products and services from this work order will then be automatically added to the invoice. You can add multiple work orders to a single invoice.

Please note that to use the search function, you must enter at least 3 characters.

8. Specify the invoice recipient and add a comment if necessary.

9. Tap the “Done” button. The created invoice will then appear in the list of invoices.

How do I create an invoice from work orders in the mobile app?

1. Open the desired work order and tap “+ Invoice”.

The new invoice will automatically include the customer and payer (if specified in the work order) as well as the services and products from the work order. You can edit these if needed.

2. Select the payment method and, if necessary, change the invoice date and due date.

You can add more work orders to this invoice by tapping the “+ Order” button, entering the work order number or barcode, and tapping the Save button.

3. In the “Services and Products” field, you can select additional products, services, and bundles. To do this, click “+ Service” or “+ Product,” select the desired items from the list, specify the quantity to add, and click “Save.” The selected products or services are displayed at the bottom of the screen; to add them to the invoice, click the “Confirm” button.

4. If necessary, add a comment or change the manager.

5. Click the “Done” button. The new invoice will appear in these work orders and in the general list of invoices.

How to view invoices in the mobile app?

To manage invoices in the mobile app, open the Invoices section. In this section, you can view, filter, and create new invoices.

To access the Invoices section, the employee must have the appropriate access rights enabled.

The Invoices section includes filters that allow you to quickly sort invoices by the desired parameters:

  • Status — a standard filter by invoice status;

  • Legal Entity — filters invoices by the legal entity on whose behalf they were issued;

  • Issue Date — a filter by the date the invoice was created;

  • Payment Due Date — a filter by the invoice’s payment due date;

  • Manager — a filter by the manager responsible for creating or managing the account.

To sort invoices by specific parameters, open the Filter, select the desired values, and click Done.
