We've started updating the Orderry design. The interface has been refreshed, and navigation has been reorganized to make it easier to find what you need: everything related to managing your company is in one place, work modules are in another, and personal settings are in your user account.
Your data and settings haven't changed – only the design and the location of some sections have been updated.
Main menu: My company and Modules
The main menu is now divided into two groups:
My company – Dashboard, Catalog, Staff, and Reports;
Modules – all work modules: Tasks, Inquiries, Bookings, and more.
This way, day-to-day work with customers is kept separate from business management, and each employee can quickly find what they need.
Catalog: all services, products, and bundles in one section
Catalog is a new section that brings together all of your company's services, products, and bundles. For example, if you need to find a service to update its price or review products before creating a bundle, it's all available in one place.
Staff: employee hours and payroll
The Staff section now brings together everything you need to manage your team:
Employee hours;
Payroll calculation;
Payroll accruals.
A manager can plan shifts for the week and, at the end of the month, calculate and accrue payroll without switching between different parts of the system.
Settings – in a separate menu
Settings are divided into three logical groups: Company, Integrations, and Billing. So you can immediately see which group to look in for the setting you need.
Integrations, in turn, are divided into subsections by connection type:
Add-ons;
Messaging channels;
Telephony;
Ecommerce Connect;
API and webhooks.
For example, to connect IP telephony or set up syncing with your online store, simply go straight to the relevant subsection.
Top bar and language switcher
The top bar with the location switcher and help button has also been updated. Plus, there's now a language switcher here: you can change the interface language in one click, without going to settings. This is useful, for example, if your team works in several countries or employees prefer to work in different languages.
Your account: profile, payroll, and subscription
Everything related to you personally is now gathered in your user account. To open it, click your name at the bottom of the main menu. There are three sections:
Profile – personal info, security (password change and two-factor authentication), and connections (Telegram bot, Xero, and QuickBooks).
My payroll – this is now where each employee views their payroll.
Billing – your Orderry subscription and referral program.
The redesign continues, and your feedback matters
This is the first stage of the redesign. In the next stages, you can expect:
updated, easier-to-use tables;
new filters;
a dark theme;
an improved mobile version.
We'll update this article with each new stage.
It may take a little time to get used to the new look, so some sections may feel unfamiliar at first. If you can't find a feature, something doesn't look as expected, or you have ideas on how to make the interface more convenient, message us in the support chat. Your feedback will help us make the next stages of the redesign even better.
