The Contacts Table is a table located on the Contacts page. It displays all the created contacts and information about them.

At the bottom of the table, you can view the total number of contacts.

There are 2 tabs in the table: People and Organizations.

In order to be able to see and filter contacts assigned to other managers or contacts without assigned managers, the appropriate permissions must be enabled in your role.

Configuring the Contacts table

The tables on each tab consist of columns that correspond to the fields in the form of the selected contact type. You can use the columns to display the necessary information in the contact's row.

To add or remove columns click the gear button in the right corner and use the checkboxes to select the required columns. “Checkbox" and "Name/Company" are system columns so they cannot be removed.

Columns correspond to the fields in the contact form. To change the width of a column, drag on its right side. To change the location of the column, click and drag it to a new position.

You can sort your contacts by a particular column. To do this, click on the column and it will show an upward bar (sorting from A to Z). After you click again, it will show a downward bar (sorting from Z to A).

Use the Checkbox column to select or deselect all contacts on one page. Click on the name of the contact to open the contact profile. Click on the phone number to call or send a message (WhatsApp, Viber, SMS) to the contact.

Filtering contacts

You can also set a filter in the table by different contact types (“Customers”, “Suppliers” or “All”), by tags in the contact profile, by assigned managers, as well as by birthday (both by age and date).

In order to be able to see and filter contacts assigned to other managers or contacts without assigned managers, the appropriate permissions must be enabled in your role.

To filter by age, simply specify the age range.

For example, 18 and 25 to display contacts aged 18 to 25, 18 and 18 to display only contacts aged 18, or 25 and leave the second field blank to display all contacts aged 25 and above.

To filter by date, you can select from the suggested values or enter your own values on the calendar (a specific date or time period).

Please make sure that the contacts are shared for all locations if you have several of them.

Exporting contacts

You can also export data on your customers. To do this, select the checkboxes next to the contacts you need and click Export.
