The Client Event Feed is located on the right side of the client's profile and displays changes or employees’ interactions with this client.

Events cannot be deleted from the feed, so you can see everything that has happened with the client.

The following events are recorded here:

  • adding a comment, photo, or document to the client's profile

  • displaying calls (incoming, outgoing, missed) of the client with phone number

  • creating a task in the client profile (a crossed-out task is a completed task)

  • changing a client's discount

When you hover over an event, you can see the date, time, and name of the employee who acted.

You can do the following in the client's event feed:

1. Create a task, add a photo or file. To do this, click on the + icon at the bottom and select an action:

  • Create a task that will be associated with this client

  • Take a photo using a webcam

  • Attach a file, e.g. an image or document from a PC

Note: the file size should not exceed 5 MB.

2. Add a public or private comment. To do this, start typing some text at the bottom of the event feed. The comment is public by default, but you can click the eye icon to make it private.

Public comments are visible to all employees authorized to access the client's profile. A private comment can be seen only by the employee who left it, regardless of access rights. Private comments are highlighted in yellow.

Please note that pressing the Enter button will send the comment, and Shift + Enter will move to the next line.

The switch at the top allows you to see All Events or only Comments.

You can hide and expand the event feed by clicking the arrow.
