Find out where the report on all closed orders is generated

The “Closed Orders report allows you to quickly see orders closed in a selected period.

The report is generated for all closed orders (from the “Closed” and “Dropped off” status groups) on the “Reports > Orders > Closed Orders” page.

There are three parameters by which the report is generated.

1. Period. This parameter allows you to select the time for which the report will be generated: today, yesterday, this week, this month, last week, last month, and custom. The last date on which the order was transferred to the Closed and Dropped off groups is included.

For example, you moved an order to the “Dropped off” status in August. In September, you changed the status of the same order to “Diagnostic” and then to “Closed”. In the “Closed Orders” report, such an order will appear in September.

2. Location. Here you can select one / several / all locations if there is more than one.

3. Order Type. Use this option to see the created orders by different types.

4. Time in status allows you to see how long an work order has been in a certain status. Select the desired status in this field to see the total time the work order has been in this status. Please note that you can select only 1 status.

For example, you can see how long an order has been in the "In Progress" status for additional control over the performers.

Check the “Ignore null orders” checkbox to ignore orders with zero total amount in the report.

Set the required parameters and click the “Apply” button.

The report is generated with the basic information on the order: date and time of closing, order number, order type, the employee who issued the order, client name and phone number, asset, and the total amount of the order. You can expand each order and view information about the work and parts in it. At the bottom, you can see the total number of orders and their amount.

You can also customize the display of columns in this report. To do this, click on the table button and check the required columns.

The report can be printed or exported to your PC as an Excel file. The Excel file contains more detailed information about the report.
