The “Created work orders” report shows you all orders created in a selected period of time.
The report is generated for all created orders on the “Reports > Work Orders > Created work orders” page.
There are three parameters by which the report is generated.
Period. This parameter allows you to select the time frame for which the report will be generated: today, yesterday, this week, this month, last week, last month, and custom.
Location. Here you can select one / several / all locations if there is more than one.
Order Type. Use this option to see the created orders by different types.
Set the necessary parameters and click “Apply”.
The report is generated with the basic information on the order: date and time of creation, order number, order type, the employee who received the order, client and his phone number, asset. At the bottom, you’ll find the total number of orders.
You can also customize the display of columns in this report. To do this, click on the table button and check the required columns.
The report can be printed or exported to your PC as an Excel file. The Excel file contains more detailed information about the report.
