Twilio is an international platform for sending SMS. To configure a direct integration, follow a few simple steps.

Important: this integration is available starting with the Startup plan.

Step 1. Register in Twilio

1. Create an account in Twilio.

2. Then log in to your Twilio account and navigate to Console.

3. Copy your Account SID, Auth Token and My Twilio Phone Number from the Account info.

👉 Note, you may use a few phone numbers in Twilio, but you need to choose only one of them for sending SMS in Orderry.

If you want to use your Sender Name, please contact Twilio support and register a name. Look for the step-by-step instructions here.

Step 2. Set up RemOnline integration

1. In Orderry, navigate to the Settings > Integrations page, find Twilio and press the Configure button.

2. Tick the Integration enabled checkbox.

3. Paste Account SID, Auth Token and My Twilio Phone Number that you’ve copied from your Twilio account.

Note that you can use your own Alphanumeric Sender ID.

  • If your country is set to Yes in the country list, then enter the SMS sender name you want in the Phone Number field.

  • If your country is not listed here, then you need to fill out the form by following this link. After moderation and confirmation from Twilio that the sender name was successfully registered, specify it in the Phone Number field.

👉 Requirements for Alphanumeric Sender ID:

  • Enter between 3 - 11 characters that represents the brand identity of the Sender. You can include upper- and lower-case letters, the numbers 0 - 9, and spaces

  • Include at least one letter

  • Do not use ASCII special characters (e.g. #, @)

4. Save settings.

Done! Integration is enabled and you can now configure automatic notifications or send SMS manually 😉
