  • Can view contacts table — allows viewing customer base on the “Contacts” page (main dashboard with customer profiles and details). Otherwise, the “Contacts” section in the right menu sidebar is disabled and never shown

  • Can view the customers — allows viewing customer profiles of your contacts (buyers). When turned off, the user will be unable to use the auto-select feature for data entry (i.e. when creating new Orders in the system), This potentially calls for a duplicate issue

  • Can view the suppliers — allows viewing customer profiles of your suppliers (vendors). When turned off, the user will be unable to use the auto-select feature for data entry (i.e. when creating new Postings in the system). This potentially calls for a duplicate issue

  • Can view the balances — allows viewing balances directly in customer profiles or when making a corresponding selection in Orders, Sales, and Postings

  • Can adjust balances — allows adjusting balances in customer profiles. Otherwise, the “+ Balance adjustment” button is disabled and never shown in customer profiles

  • Can create contacts — allows you to create new contacts. If this permission is disabled, the create button will not appear on the Contacts page or in contact selection windows.

  • Can edit contact — allows editing details in customer profiles (name, mobile, address, custom fields)

  • Can delete a contact — allows making customer profiles and details completely removed from the system. Otherwise, the “Delete” button is disabled in customer profiles and never shown on the “Contacts” page or elsewhere

  • Can edit personal contact discount — gives access to personal discount setup in customer profiles. Otherwise, corresponding fields can not be modified

  • Can export data — enables the “Export” button to save the customer base in the Excel file format

  • Can import data — enables the “Import” button to download the customer base in Orderry using external data in the Excel file format.
