Integrations are where you can set up Orderry integration with other external services: instant messengers, telephony, SMS gateways, online stores, online connectors (Zapier), work order status widget, etc.

The Settings > Integrations page contains all available service integrations. They are displayed as tiles and divided into blocks. There are two types of integrations: those that need to be configured and those that do not need to be configured (just enabled).

Integrations that need to be customized

Each integration has an indicator that shows its current status: enabled or disabled. The indicator is located on the left side of the tile.

To enable the integration, click the Configure button, follow all the necessary steps for setting up, check the Integration enabled checkbox, and click the Save button. After that, the indicator will turn green.

To disable the integration, go to the settings window and uncheck the Integration is enabled checkbox. Save your changes and the indicator will turn gray again.

Please note that you can only configure and enable integration with one SMS gateway. At the same time, you can use several messengers, telephones or online stores from different manufacturers.

Next to the Configure button, special offers for Orderry users from the services presented in the integrations are displayed. The settings window describes how you can get a discount or a gift.

Integrations that don't need to be customized

Such integrations do not have a current status, as they do not require customization by Orderry.

Instead of the Configure button, such integrations display the Learn How button. For example, how to integrate with Zapier. By clicking this button, a window will open with instructions on how to connect or features.
