Integrations are where you can set up Orderry integration with other external services: instant messengers, telephony, SMS gateways, online stores, payment services, online connectors (Zapier), work order status widget, etc.
The Settings > Integrations page contains all available service integrations. They are displayed as tiles and divided into blocks. There are two types of integrations: those that need to be configured and those that do not need to be configured (just enabled).
Integrations that need to be customized
Each integration has an indicator that shows its current status: enabled or disabled. The indicator appears as a green checkmark next to the integration name.
To enable the integration, click on the card for the relevant integration, follow all the necessary setup steps, check the “Integration enabled” checkbox, and click the “Save” button. After that, the indicator will appear.
To disable the integration, go to the settings window and uncheck the “Integration enabled” checkbox. Save the changes, after which the indicator will disappear again.
Please note that you can only configure and enable integration with one SMS gateway. At the same time, you can use several messengers, telephones or online stores from different manufacturers.
The integration card displays special offers for Orderry users from the services featured in the integrations. The settings window explains how to claim a discount or a gift.
Integrations that don't need to be customized
Such integrations do not have a current status because they do not require configuration within the Orderry or are configured outside the Integrations page.
For example, this applies to integrations with Instagram, Facebook, and Zapier. Clicking this button will open a window with instructions on how to connect or details about the features.
