In this article, we'll show you how to change your subscription plan in Orderry, including both upgrading and downgrading.

Important: you can only do this when you have an active subscription.

Upgrading your Subscription Plan

Select the needed Subscription Plan and press the Change plan button.

Orderry calculates the duration of a subscription to a new Plan automatically if you have enough subscription days left.

You will see the Plan Switch popup showing the new subscription duration. Learn the terms of services and tick the checkbox identifying you agree to them. Hit the Switch plan button to confirm the Plan transition.

Downgrading your Subscription Plan

Make sure you disabled all advanced functionality from the greater Plan before downgrading your subscription.

For instance, if you want to switch from the Business to Startup Plan, you have to disable:

And to switch to the Hobby plan, you need to have:

  • no more than 1 location and 2 employees

  • a maximum of 100 work orders and sales (in total) in the last 30 days

  • disabled integrations (to disable integration with chats, you need to delete all connected channels on the Settings > Chats page)

  • removed payroll calculation rules (commissions) in the employees’ profiles on the “Payroll Calculation Rules” tab

If the Change plan button in the desired Plan is disabled, it means you have some functionality - unavailable for this Plan - active. Deactivate them to enable Plan transition.

Press the Change plan button if it is active to open the popup with the new subscription duration. Learn the terms of services and tick the checkbox identifying you agree to them. Confirm the Plan transition by pressing the Switch plan button.
