How to remove Contact Profiles from the system
Every Contact profile has the remove button. Press it to remove the contact and contact details from all Orders, Sales, and Leads.
When a contact with an associated work order, lead, or sales is deleted from the database, his or her name and data will still be displayed, but you will no longer be able to modify it.
When you click on the name of this contact in the payment, sale, or work order, you’ll see "Contact has been deleted" at the top of the screen.
How to restore a deleted contact
You can restore a deleted contact in the Activity log report.
Generate a report for the event "Contact deleted". Find the deleted contact and click the Restore button.
Please note that deleted suppliers can be restored the same way.
