Creating Inquiries On Calls
To create Inquiries automatically on incoming calls, you need to connect and configure a VoIP integration. You can do this on the Settings > Integrations page. Once the integration is complete, your Orderry interface will be expanded with the “Call” widget.
Step 1. Click on the “+ Create” button, then “New inquiry” to open the inquiry creation window.
Step 2: Fill the necessary information and click Create.
