We continue enhancing contact management capabilities in Orderry. This update has added three new system fields to the contact form:
Birthday
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Business Registration Number (BRN)
Here’s how each of them helps your business.
Birthday Field with Advanced Filtering
You can now specify a birthday for every contact in your database (the year is optional) and use new filters to segment your audience more precisely.
The new filters let you target contacts by:
Date (birthdays today, this month, next month, etc.)
Age (e.g., 18+, 18–30, 30–45, etc.)
These filters make it easy to find and export specific segments for marketing campaigns—for example, to send special birthday offers.
TIN and BRN Fields
TIN and BRN fields are essential for working with organizations in many countries. Making them system fields also unlocks new integration opportunities.
The TIN and BRN fields automatically display labels adapted to the country you’ve set in Settings > General. For example:TIN and BRN fields will appear in the contact form under names automatically adapted to the country set in Settings > General.
Migration of Existing Custom Fields
If your contact form included custom fields with names similar to TIN or BRN, their values have already been migrated automatically to the new system fields.
Custom fields migrated to TIN:
Client Identification Number
Numer identyfikacyjny klienta
Numer identyfikacyjny firmy
Número de identificação do cliente
Número de Identificación del Cliente
Numéro d’identification du client
Custom fields migrated to BRN:
Company Identification Number
Número de identificação da empresa
Número de identificación de la Empresa
Numéro d’identification de l’entreprise
If you need any help with transferring data between fields, please let us know via support chat.
In document templates, the new fields use the following variables:
{Client Tax Identification Number} for TIN
{Client Business Registration Number} for BRN
To adjust how new fields display in your contact form, go to Settings > Forms Editor. To update your document templates, open Settings > Print Templates.
