Using templates
Orderry templates
You can use Orderry templates in any chat. To do this, open the desired chat and open the list of templates by clicking on the template icon.
Select a template, edit it if necessary, and send the message.
If you have already entered a message in the text input field, the template will completely replace it.
WhatsApp templates
You can use both Twilio and Orderry templates in WhatsApp chats.
To do this:
Open a chat with a client in the WhatsApp channel.
In the message text input field, click on the template symbol.
Go to the tab with the templates you want to use.
Choose the template you want and use it in your message.
Please note:
If more than 24 hours have passed since the last WhatsApp chat message, you can only start a new conversation with your client using a Twilio template.
Unlike the Orderry template, the text of the Twilio template cannot be edited after it is added to the input field.
