WhatsApp templates
You can use both Twilio and Orderry templates in WhatsApp chats.
To do this:
Open a chat with a client in the WhatsApp channel.
In the message text input field, click on the saved reply symbol or "/" on the keyboard.
Go to the tab with the templates you want to use.
Choose the template you want and use it in your message.
Please note:
If more than 24 hours have passed since the last WhatsApp chat message, you can only start a new conversation with your client using a Twilio template.
Unlike the Orderry saved reply, the text of the Twilio template cannot be edited after it is added to the input field.
