Improvements for Contacts and Chats in the Mobile App

Assign tags to contacts, filter them by manager, birthday, or age, and use saved replies in chats

Contact Tags Support

You can now assign tags to contacts in the Orderry mobile app. While editing a contact, choose from existing tags or create new ones if needed. Tags are also available in contact filters, so you can easily segment the right group of contacts directly in the app.

Filtering Contacts by Manager, Birthday, and Age

Following the web version of the Orderry, the mobile app now also supports new fields such as Manager, Birthday, TIN, and Company Registration Number, along with new filters. In addition to tags, you can now filter contacts by manager, birthday, and age. Use these new filters to easily find the group of contacts you need.

Saved Replies in Chats

Speed up communication with clients by using pre-prepared saved replies. They help you save time when answering common customer questions. In the mobile app, you can quickly and conveniently choose from existing replies. If you need to add a new one, you can do so in the web version of the Orderry.

To start using these new features, update your app to the latest version. If you haven’t installed the app yet, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
